TECHNICAL CONDITIONS.
TECHNICAL CONDITIONS is a normative-technical document determining the set of requirements for products of certain types, brands, articles.
TC is a technical document developed by the decision of the developer (manufacturer) or at the request of the customer (consumer) of products on the basis of existing standards.
Technical conditions are an essential part of the set of design or other technical documentation for products, and if the technical documentation is not available, they must contain the full set of requirements for products, their manufacture, control and acceptance.
TC are developed for one certain product, material, substance or several certain products, materials, substances etc.(in this case code of the All-Russian Classification of Products for each product, material etc. is specified) Requirements, determined by the TC, must comply with compulsory requirements of state (interstate) standards covering these products.
Technical conditions is a standardized document and must comply with the All-Union State Standard 2.114-95 that specifies that TC must include the introduction and the sections in the following order:
- technical requirements;
- safety requirements;
- environment protection requirements;
- acceptance rules;
- control methods;
- transportation and storage;
- operational instructions;
- manufacturer’s guarantees.
The number of TC consists of 4 parts:
- the first 4 figures of code of the All-Russian Classification of Products for products that TC are devoted to
- serial number of TC inside the organization
- code of the All-Russian classifier of Enterprises and Organizations of the organization
- year of writing of TC
During the state registration of Technical conditions 3 copies of index sheets are filled in. They must bear the Public Register’s stamp, the number of state registration ad the date of entering into the Register. Only registration organizations accredited by the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology have the right to carry out registration and entering into the Register of technical conditions. Registration of TC only takes place at the location of registration of the legal person– the owner of technical conditions.
