According to the Enactment of the Russian Federation Government of 15 December 2008 no. 1866-r a List of National Standards is approved. The List contains regulations and methods of examinations (tests) and measurements, including sampling regulations for application and execution of the Federal Act “Technical regulations for milk and dairy products” and regulations on estimation of conformity.


 
 

Operation manual – is a document, containing data on the structure, operation principle, features (properties) of a product, its components and instructions required for correct and safe operation of a product (proper use, maintenance, regular repair works, storage and transportation) and evaluation of its technical condition for determination of necessity to perform certain repair, besides it includes information about product and its components disposal.

Operation manual includes Introduction and the following sections:
