According to the Enactment of the Russian Federation Government of 15 December 2008 no. 1866-r a List of National Standards is approved. The List contains regulations and methods of examinations (tests) and measurements, including sampling regulations for application and execution of the Federal Act “Technical regulations for milk and dairy products” and regulations on estimation of conformity.


 
 

Technical device certificate (record) is a document assuring manufacturer's warranty, containing main parameters and characteristics (properties) of the product and information about its certification and disposal.


Technical device certificate (record) consists of the following sections:

- main information about the product and characteristics;
- package contents;
- resources, life time and manufacturer’s (supplier’s) warranty;
- temporary shutdown;
- packing certificate;
- acceptance certificate;
- traveling of product in use (if necessary);
- repair and operation control using journals and directions (if necessary);
- notes on maintenance and storage (if necessary);
- disposal information;
- specials marks;
- information about ordering and purchase conditions (if necessary).

Note: For certain industries Technical device certificates are sometimes standardized in "Safety regulations…”
