The permission to import ODS-containing products into the Russian Federation is an official permission issued by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Inspection to the applicant for disclosure to the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. The permit confirms that the declarant can import ODS-containing products into the Russian Federation.
Importation and exportation of products containing ozone-depleting substances are regulated by the Enactment of the Russian Government of 08.05.1996 ¹ 563 " On Regulation of Import to and Export from the Russian Federation of Ozone-Destructive Substances and their Products », which was approved to execute the Enactment of the Russian Government of 24.05.1995 ¹526 «On priority measures for execution of the Vienna Convention for the protection of the Ozone layer and the Montreal Protocol on substances that Deplete the Ozone layer».
