óâåëè÷èòüPermission for application of technical means type at hazardous production sites (including foreign-made) is given to a manufacturer or to its official representative. It can be issued for single technical equipment, a batch, or a type (kind) of technical equipment.
If equipment was built based on a common engineering approach, with similar materials and processes used it’s allowed to issue one permission for one standard size range of technical devices having the same functionality. The Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic supervision issues permissions on application of the following kinds (types) of technical means.

1. All foreign-made equipment and technical devices, used on hazardous production sites, supplied separately and in sets (except foreign-made hoisting cranes and lifting towers, imported to Russian Federation earlier and are under operation on its area).
2. Equipment operating at excessive pressure over 0,07 MPà (boilers, vessels, operated by gas or steam pressure, steam pipelines) or at temperature of water heating over 115°C (water heating boilers, vessels, hot water pipelines), equipment of heating plants, heating units and heating pipelines, systems, devices and means of emergency protection, alarm and control systems, used for specified equipment operation and supplied separately as well as in sets with pressure over 4,0 ÌPà.
3. Foreign-made lifting equipment (hoisting cranes, manipulator cranes, lifts, pipe-layer cranes, lifting towers, construction site hoists, overhead cableways, funiculars, escalators, lifting platforms for disabled persons), except lifting devices enlisted in Section 1.
4. Explosion proof electrical equipment, grade I and II and standard mine-type electrical equipment.
5. Mining and mineral processing equipment, including : equipment for gold and diamond mining industry, equipment for ventilation and dust suppression in mine tunnels, equipment for supporting mine tunnels, equipment of boreholes lifts and mine transport, equipment for boring of mines and boreholes, equipment for hole loading and stemming.
6. Equipment for oil and gas producing and gas processing industries, including: equipment for boring and different types of wells, technical means used for perforating-explosive operation, equipment for development, repair and intensification of wells, other equipment supplied separately, in sets, and also as standard size ranges.
7.Equipment for geological exploration and geophysical works in oil and gas wells.
8. Îáîðóäîâàíèå Equipment and technical means for objects of major pipeline transport with design pressure 5,5 ÌPà and higher.
9. Equipment for welding, soldering, nondestructive control, building-up welding, thermal treatment and cleaning of surface during manufacturing, installation and maintenance of technical devices used at dangerous production sites.
10. Newly made technical means for metallurgy:
- equipment for ferrous and non ferrous metal industry;
- electric furnaces and induction furnace complete units, heating units and induction heating units, arc and mine heat-treatment furnaces, electric furnaces and resistivity sets, of new heating principles (smelting and heating);
- Equipment for cast iron smelting.
11. Liquid and vacuum pumps, pump units, compressors and air/gas compressor units.
12. Mounting, applied at dangerous production sites.
13. Steel structures, supports and protective enclosures for process equipment.
14. Equipment and technical devices for gas supply systems (gas distribution and gas consumption), equipment for welding polyethylene gas pipelines.
15. Equipment, used in chemical, oil-processing and oil-refining industries and at sites dealing with explosive, toxic, aggressive and other dangerous mediums, including reservoir, column, reactive, machine, cryogenic, vacuum, refrigerating, electrolytic, mass-transfer, heat exchanging, filtrating ventilating, grinding, baking, mixing equipment, furnaces, vessels, systems and devices of emergency protection, alarm and control, devices and other equipment, supplied separately and in sets, and also as standard size range, including liquid and vacuum pumps, pumping aggregates, compressors and compressing aggregates, air and gas ones, also mounting supports used at the above mentioned production sites.
16. Means of gas protection breathing apparatus (isolating breathing masks, air apparatus, isolating and filtrating self-rescue breathing apparatus), gas control devices, technical devices for emergency conditions elimination, personal protection equipment.
17. Devices and means of automation used at dangerous production sites (process control and adjustment devices, hardware and software for automated systems, including devices of non destructive testing, machines and devices for mechanical and physical values measurement; devices of safety automation, pressure regulators, meters, gas analyzers).
18. Vessels, special containers and drums for gases, explosive and toxic mediums.
19. Equipment for transportation (movement) of hazardous cargo.
20. Equipment and devices used for designing, manufacturing and storage of explosive materials, and items containing these materials. Equipment and devices used at blasting works.
Foreign-made and home-produced equipment, used at explosion-dangerous production sites dealing with storage and processing of plant raw materials, including process, transport and subsidiary equipment as well as devices and process control, measurement and adjusting units, hardware and software suites and process control systems, alarm systems and devices, safety equipment and its components, (means of explosion protection and explosion prevention, fast-acting devices, means of blast isolation) and other equipment supplied separately and in sets.
