Permission or certificate — is an official document with test results of a product, equipment, etc., allowing operation and usage of a given equipment or proving possibility of a certain activity.
The legislation provides for the extradition of the Russian Federation the registration of various permits and certificates, in particular:
- Permission for hazardous wastes import/export (document, allowing import/export of hazardous wastes into the Russian Federation, as well as transit of wastes within its territory);
- Statement on spirit content in products (document, containing product test results identifying content of spirit additives in this product);
- Permission for application issued by Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic supervision (Rostekhnadzor) (document, allowing operation of certain technical means or special types of equipment at hazardous sites);
- Permission for ozone-destroying substances import/export (document, allowing import/export of products containing ozone depleters to the area of Russian Federation)
- Others.
State authorities responsible for granting these or those registration permits or certificates are defined by legal system of the Russian Federation. Rules and obtaining procedures for such permits and certificates are specified in special government regulations.
