Test certificate for the product certification.
The test certificate is a public document containing the results of the tests carried out, as well as other necessary information. It is drawn up exclusively after the product tests have been fully completed.
The test certificate is drawn up to certify and declare the product.
To obtain the certificate of compliance the customer at their reasonable discretion selects the product samples to be tested, submits them to the accredited testing laboratory, obtains the test certificate according to the test results, then the experts of the Certification Authority issue an expert conclusion which is the ground for issuing the certificate of compliance.
General recommendations for obtaining the test certificate.
To obtain the test certificate we recommend that you address exclusively the laboratories that obtained necessary accreditation under the aegis of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the RF, as the most of responsibility for the issuing the test certificate is laid on the testing laboratories involved in the expert assessment of one or another product.
The certification centre of ‘ECOCERT’ Ltd has its own testing laboratories: TL ‘Agency of quality’ (POCC RU. 0001. 21MP38) and TC ‘Spectr-Ê’ (POCC RU. 0001. 21MM02).
We are looking to cooperate with the Certification Authorities to carry out certification tests under the aegis of our testing laboratories.
To obtain the test certificate you must:
- file an application for carrying out of the test;
- provide the description of the product;
- provide the product samples.
