Test certificate for the product declaring.
The test certificate is a public document containing the results of the tests carried out, as well as other necessary information. It is drawn up exclusively after the product tests have been fully completed.
The test certificate is drawn up to certify and declare the product.
To obtain a declaration of compliance the customer at their reasonable discretion selects the product samples to be tested, submits them to the accredited testing laboratory, obtains the test certificate according to the test results, then addresses the Certification Authority that registers the declaration of compliance.
General recommendations for obtaining the test certificate.
To obtain the test certificate we recommend that you address exclusively the laboratories that obtained necessary accreditation under the aegis of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the RF, as the most of responsibility for the issuing the test certificate is laid on the testing laboratories involved in the expert assessment of one or another product.

To obtain the test certificate you must:
- file an application for carrying out of the test;
- provide the description of the product;
- provide the product samples.
