Technical device certificate.
The technical device certificate is a document containing data certifying the manufacturer’s guarantees, values of basic parameters and characteristics (features) of the product, as well as the product certification and utilization data.
The technical device certificate (record book) for the product includes the following sections:
- basic product information and specification data;
- completeness;
- resources, life cycles, storage periods, and guarantees of the manufacturer (supplier);
- preservation;
- packing certificate;
- acceptance certificate;
- historical record (if necessary);
- repair works and performance records according to bulletins and instructions (if necessary);
- notes on operation and storage (if necessary);
- utilization data;
- special notes;
- information on manners of order and purchase conditions (if necessary).
