The permission for the application (the permission RTN) is a document which authorize the operating of the equipment hazardous to human well-being at the dangerous industrial construction projects, lower to the Federal service for the ecological, technical and atomic oversight.
The permission for the application should be obtained for both domestic and imported production, on conditions that the declared equipment, get in the List of hazardous to human well-being. This List is assigned by the Federal service for ecological, technical and atomic oversight. The permission for the application is issued in the central machinery of Federal service for ecological, technical and atomic inspectorate or in one of its territorial departments.
To obtain the permission for the application of the hazardous equipment it is necessary to submit the following documents:
1. The sighed and sealed application of the director;
2. The certificate of company registration;
3. The certificate of company registration in the tax inspectorate;
4. The information about the producer ;
5. Technical documentation: Technical specifications (ÒS), the passport for the declared equipment, the engineering design of the equipment, the specification at the details’ material, the instructions for assembly, installation and operating, including the methods of test check, the operating period and resort, the conditions and demand of the secure operation, procedure of maintenance, running repairs and diagnostics;
6. The conclusion of the industrial security examination;
7. Records of the factory tests;
8. The information about the chemical components of the material, used for the equipment fabrication;
9. The data about the continuous welds and the methods of nondestructive check (if necessary);
10. The certificate of conformity;
11. The certificate of fire security, the certificate for dust-ignition proof construction (if necessary);
12. The reports of independent foreign labs (if there are any);
13. The certificate for components and parts of the given equipment;
14. ISO certificate: series 9000 (if there is).
The conclusion of the industrial secure examination is a document, objectively substantiate if the declared equipment meet the secure requirements or not. The given document is issued by the accredited in the declared sphere expert.
