The law of August 8, 2001 ¹128-Federal law ‘On licensing certain kinds of activity’ as amended provides for the necessity of obtaining the license for activity of collection, use, neutralization, transportation, disposal of dangerous wastes. All the users of natural resources, carrying out collection and / or disposal of proper wastes on the territory of the enterprise before handing them over to processers, as well as transporting wastes to the places of utilization, have to obtain the license in the field of dangerous wastes handling.
