Instruction for assembly or dismantling of the technical device.
The instruction for assembly/dismantling of the technical device (installation, maintenance) is a document containing the data necessary for assembly, maintenance, adjustment, starting up, regulation, running-in and commissioning of the product and its components on-site.
The instruction for assembly/dismantling of the technical device (installation, maintenance) is developed if necessary, provided these matters are not touched upon in the Operations manual.
As a rule, if preparation for assembly, assembly, starting up, regulation and running-in of the product on-site is carried out by the staff that will operate it in the future, all the necessary information is specified in the OM (Operations manual).
The instruction for assembly/dismantling of the technical device includes the following sections that are preceded by the introduction without the title:
- general instructions;
- safety measures;
- preparation of the product for assembly and interfacing;
- assembly and dismantling;
- adjustment, interfacing and tests;
- starting up (run up);
- regulation;
- complex test;
- running-in;
- input of the assembled and interfaced product.
