Since the 13th of December the Certification organ “Agency of quality” has been accredited for the works on confirmation of conformity to Technical regulations “Concerning law voltage electrical equipment safety”.
Technical regulations “Concerning law voltage electrical equipment safety” is confirmed by the Federal Law d.d. 27.12.2009 N 347-FL. The present Federal Law enters into force upon the expiry of a year as from the date of its official publication in the Corpus of legislative acts of the Russian Federation d.d. 28.12.2009 N 52 (Part I) art. 6423, in " Rossiiskaya Gazeta " d.d. 30.12.2009 N 253.

Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation ceases issuance of interpretations concerning attribution of products to products liable to obligatory confirmation of conformity (letters of exemption) in connection with the Customs Union Commission’s decision d.d.08.12.2010 ¹ with regard to cancellation of Paragraph 5 of the Statute concerning the rules of products (goods) import that are a subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity to the territory of the Customs Union, affirmed with the decision of Customs Union Commission d.d. 18.06.2010 ¹ 319 « Concerning Technical Regulation in the Customs Union Commission”.
